Introduction
MySkillCamp required a redesign of their learning platform. Having initially been tasked with creating a website for them, I had the opportunity to conduct research and gain a deep understanding of their target users, as well as to familiarize myself with their competitors and the direction MySkillCamp wanted to take.
Redesigning the Experience
The goal was to reduce user friction and enhance the product with new features. Learners struggled with courses, and managers faced difficulties managing their learners.
Brand, Website & Assets
Creating a message that guides potential clients to understand what MySkillCamp is addressing and how their solution effectively resolves these issues.
Building Documentation
Creating a foundation for new colleagues to grasp the product, aid in decision-making, and establish processes was essential in this documentation, along with the assets library.

Defining the goals
Since the product required a complete rebuild, it was crucial to understand the exact pain points users were facing. Collecting feedback, testing new scenarios, and researching the market and competitors helped us create the vision for the new product. This groundwork made it simpler to develop user flows and wireframes, ultimately shaping the product.

Designing the learning platform
One of our objectives was to bring consistency to the user interface elements. To ensure this consistency, I began constructing a design system to also simplify the product's development. This approach also helped in maintaining a consistent identity throughout the website.

Documentation & Design System
After some time working on the product, I decided as part of the mission to build the documentation and design system. It would help me to communicate, ease the process of producing features and uniformise all the assets in the product. We mostly needed a place where we could put all the knowledge and thinking when we were working on new features.

Bringing the Illustrations to Life
Working alongside the marketing department to create a new story telling. We discovered a more effective method to present the product to potential customers, and I collaborated with an illustrator to create these new, vibrant illustrations. And then applying the variations of the new branding across all different assets.
